About this role
En ALTEN México buscamos a un Product Owner Sr. Cada Product Owner será asignado a un squad multidisciplinario y será responsable de definir, priorizar, documentar y validar funcionalidades de su dominio dentro de la nueva banca móvil, asegurando el máximo valor para negocio y cliente, cumpliendo regulación bancaria vigente y alineándose a estándares de calidad, seguridad y experiencia del banco.
Actividades principales
- Gestionar y mantener el Product Backlog del squad.
- Traducir requerimientos de negocio, riesgo, legal, operaciones y UX en historias de usuario claras y accionables.
- Definir flujos, reglas de negocio, validaciones y criterios de aceptación.
- Participar en ceremonias ágiles: refinamientos, planning, reviews y liberaciones.
- Validar desarrollos mediante pruebas funcionales y UAT.
- Coordinar liberaciones a producción con áreas involucradas.
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, TI, Administración, Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
- Idiomas: Inglés intermedio–avanzado.
- Certificaciones deseables: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PSPO, Agile Product Management.
- Mínimo 5 años como Product Owner, Product Manager o Business Analyst en productos digitales (preferentemente banca/fintech).
- Conocimientos en:
- Gestión de producto digital y Product Backlog.
- Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Banca digital, apps móviles o fintech.
- Onboarding, KYC, autenticación, seguridad.
- Pagos, transferencias, SPEI.
- Regulación bancaria (CNBV, CUB, PLD, protección de datos).
- Flujos funcionales y experiencia de usuario.
- Conocimientos deseables:
- CIAM, biometría, OTP, tokenización.
- Tarjetas digitales y CVV dinámico.
- Plataformas core bancarias y middleware.
- APIs y microservicios.
- UX/UI y diseño centrado en el usuario.
- Métricas de adopción y uso de canales digitales.
- Sueldo base competitivo.
- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores (incluye dental y visión).
