Responsibilities :
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and suppliers for routine office requirements
- Help collect quotations, maintain vendor records, and support purchase request processing
- Track invoices and maintain proper documentation under supervision
- Support daily office administrative tasks and operational needs
- Coordinate housekeeping, minor maintenance requests, and office supply management
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment
- Provide support in organizing internal meetings, training sessions, and team activities
- Help with event logistics such as venue setup, catering coordination, and vendor follow-ups
- Provide on-ground support during company events and workshops
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Freshers or school leavers seeking hands-on industry experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
