業務内容
自社開発のSaaS「Acsim」インサイドセールス／フィールドセールスの初期対応をメインに、カスタマーサクセス業務もお任せいたします
- セールス業務
- 展示会・セミナー・Web問い合わせ等からのリードに対する一次対応
- 顧客へのサービス紹介、初回商談での簡易ヒアリング（課題・導入時期・興味度合い）
- 初回商談後の定期的なフォローアップ（電話・メール）
- SalesforceなどCRMへの記録入力・更新
- CS業務
- 契約後の顧客からの問い合わせ対応、アカウント作成
- 利用状況のモニタリング、定例などで活用促進に向けたフォロー
- 簡易的な不具合報告や技術チームへのエスカレーション・フィードバック
必須要件
- BtoB領域における無形商材の営業経験あるいはカスタマーサクセス経験〈いずれか1年以上〉
- 社内外メンバーと円滑にコミュニケーションできる方
歓迎要件
- SaaSまたはITソリューションの営業・サポート経験
- システム開発の実務経験・理解
- Salesforce等CRMツールの利用経験
- 初期商談対応やアポ獲得の経験
- 顧客対応を正確・丁寧に進められるコミュニケーション力

- 顧客との初期接点を楽しみ、丁寧に関係を築ける方
