Urban comics, l'éditeur officiel de DC Comics en France ainsi que Transformers, Universal Monsters.
Pour accompagner son développement, Urban Comics recherche au sein de son service Commercial et sous la responsabilité de la Direction commerciale, un.e assistant(e) commercial.e et administratif.ve.
Envoi des informations commerciales à la diffusion- la distribution - libraire
Préparation cycle nouveautés
Contrôle et mise à jour des informations éditoriales dans les bases de données.
Mettre à jour les tableaux statistiques des ventes et stocks - GFK
Assurer la transmission des informations au sein des différents services
Suivi et gestion des facturations directes
Suivi et gestion des salons
Oracle et suivi facturation
Qualifications
Bac+2 +3
Vous êtes rigoureux.se, organisé.e, à l’aise avec les chiffres, Excel et Powerpoint et savez gérer plusieurs projets de façon simultanée.
