Apartner is hiring for multiple Apartment Maintenance Technician Openings!
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Apartner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our apartment community remains in top condition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing various systems, and responding promptly to resident maintenance requests. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their homes are well-maintained.
Starting rate of $19 to $21 per hour depending on experience!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of Proven experience in maintenance, particularly in residential or commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and climbing ladders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
- Competitive salary ranging from $18 to $22 per hour.
