Als Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit unterstützt du die Leitung unseres Stores, sorgst für ein exzellentes Kundenerlebnis und entwickelst dein Team zu Bestleistungen. Du bringst Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für Fashion-Retail mit.

Das bewegst du

• Du verantwortest die Performance im Store und gewährleistest ein außergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis.

• Du unterstützt den Store Manager in den täglichen Geschäfts- und Betriebsabläufen – effizient und strukturiert.

• Du führst, coachst und inspirierst dein Team, gehst als Vorbild voran und förderst kontinuierliche Weiterbildung.

• Du baust Kundenbeziehungen aus – durch kreatives Denken, aktives Kundenbuch-Management und einprägsame Erlebnisse.

• Du nutzt alle verfügbaren Omni-Channel-Tools und -Technologien, um die Verkaufszahlen zu steigern.

Das bringst du mit

• Fundierte Verkaufs- und Führungserfahrung im Retail-Umfeld; du arbeitest ziel- und Kennzahlen-orientiert.

• Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, Proaktivität und Flexibilität – auch in dynamischen Situationen.

• Unternehmerisches, kreatives Denken sowie starkes Interesse an Mode und Markttrends.

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
