Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Lead installations with precision, from cable pulling and connector installations to mounting and metal fabrication, ensuring each project's success.
• Translate electronic schematics and architectural blueprints into reality, crafting immersive audiovisual environments.
• Empower your team through mentorship, guiding Technicians and Lead Technicians in the fine art of AV installation.
• Serve as a pivotal liaison to clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations exceeded.
• Manage project documentation and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of audiovisual installation experience preferre
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Preferred External Training:InfoComm Quick Start to the audiovisual industryInfoComm CTS General CertificationOSHA 30-Hour Construction CourseCrestron Professional Installation CertificationEssentials of Crestron ProgrammingAMX Installer

• Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Vision Technologies Driving Privileges standardsPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands of this position are those that are necessary to meet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position. Base Salary Range- $80,000- $110,000.

Please note that this job posting includes base salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region where the requisition is posted.  If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, internal equity, and education of the applicant.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses, car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.
