Key Responsibilities:
- Detail vehicles according to company standards, which may include washing, buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning.
- Inspect vehicles for any defects or imperfections, notify appropriate personnel to ensure necessary repairs are scheduled.
- Ensure all cars are ready for customer pick-up and meet our high standard of cleanliness.
- Assist with shop clean-up and organization to maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
- Work closely with our team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive detailer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of auto detailing practices and techniques, including the use of related tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
