We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our dynamic Inside SalesTteam. In this role, you will be the key driver of our business development efforts, engaging with current and potential clients. Nurturing existing accounts through proactive outreach and personalized service. Your enthusiasm for technology sales, combined with your ability to manage customer relationships and generate leads, will help expand our market presence. Compensation range is $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 plus incentives
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and expanding customerĀ database.Ā
- Attending sales group meetings.Ā
- Capturing ofĀ accurateĀ and complete information in customer relationship management.Ā
- Quoting and handling order execution from acceptance to completion.Ā
- Coordinating between customer and traffic dispatcher toĀ insureĀ on-time delivery of material.Ā
- Communicating with customersĀ in regards toĀ current relative market information and capturing relative feedback.Ā
- Obtain and provide feedback on Competitor pricing/equipment to ManagementĀ
- Establish creditable relationships with new customers andĀ maintainĀ ongoing relationships with existing customer baseĀ
- Manage a database of potential customers and contact them on a regular base for new opportunitiesĀ
- Team with Outside Sales Rep to build a pipeline of opportunities and close salesĀ
- Make Outbound Sales calls to prospect new customers provided by OSR/Mgt.Ā
- Note suggestions or complaints and communicateĀ toĀ the Quality/Operations group.Ā
- Utilize CRM Software to keep track of important customer ātouchesā.Ā
- Support the Quality System of the Company.Ā
Qualifications
- AssociateāsĀ degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in Inside Sales.Ā
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ā
- Proficient computer skills, including typing, numeric data entry, and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ā
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Ā
- Exceptional communication skills.Ā
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinkingĀ skills. BasicĀ mathematics and computer skills (Microsoft Office Products).Ā
- Fabrication or estimating experience is prefered
