🚍 What You’ll Do
As a Van/Bus Driver, you’ll play a key role in helping Residents stay active and engaged:
- Safely operate vans and buses in compliance with state laws and CDL standards
- Provide a courteous, friendly experience for every passenger
- Assist Residents with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed
- Secure wheelchairs safely using proper procedures
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Inspect vehicles after routes for cleanliness and lost items
- Refuel and report maintenance needs to ensure vehicles are always ready
✅ What You Bring
- Valid PA Class B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement (required)
- Previous bus or passenger driving experience (preferred)
- A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
- Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional in all situations
🕒 Schedule
- Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
