Job Description:
The Business Administrative Executive provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President (Global Office). This role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day activities, coordinates cross-functional communications, and assists in strategic and administrative matters related to global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the VP’s calendar and partially support HOD, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications across global offices and departments.
- Support project tracking, documentation, and follow-ups on key initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in budget monitoring, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
- Organize events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5 years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
