What is a Senior Business Development Representative at GURUS Solutions?

As a Senior Business Development Representative at GURUS Solutions, you will play a key role in our sales and growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating first contact, and laying the groundwork for our sales team to close more opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success.


Main Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new potential customers who could benefit from NetSuite SaaS solutions and implementation consulting services.
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement to connect with prospects.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and discovery sessions with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by providing relevant information and acting as a trusted resource.
  • Nurture leads that are not immediately ready to buy through periodic follow-ups and targeted marketing content.
  • Use CRM software and sales tools to manage and track leads, activities, and pipeline progression.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports to sales management detailing activities and progress toward sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Participate in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

Required Profile

  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English*.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the ERP industry.
  • Strong B2B (business-to-business) sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly success-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Persistence and determination in developing business opportunities.

En tant que Représentant(e) principal(e) au développement des affaires chez GURUS Solutions, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans notre stratégie de ventes et de croissance. Vous serez responsable d’identifier et de qualifier des clients potentiels, d’initier les premiers contacts et de préparer le terrain afin que notre équipe des ventes puisse conclure davantage d’opportunités. Vos efforts contribueront directement à l’expansion et au succès de l’entreprise.


Principales responsabilités

  • Prospecter et rechercher de nouveaux clients potentiels pouvant bĂ©nĂ©ficier des solutions SaaS NetSuite et des services-conseils d’implantation.

  • ExĂ©cuter des stratĂ©gies de prospection sortante, incluant les appels Ă  froid, les courriels et l’engagement sur les rĂ©seaux sociaux afin d’entrer en contact avec des prospects.

  • Planifier des rencontres introductives et des sĂ©ances de dĂ©couverte avec des leads qualifiĂ©s pour l’équipe des ventes.

  • DĂ©velopper et maintenir de solides relations avec les prospects en fournissant de l’information pertinente et en agissant comme personne-ressource compĂ©tente.

  • Assurer le suivi des leads qui ne sont pas prĂŞts Ă  acheter immĂ©diatement, en les dĂ©veloppant Ă  long terme grâce Ă  des suivis pĂ©riodiques et Ă  la diffusion de contenu marketing ciblĂ©.

  • Utiliser les logiciels CRM et les outils de vente afin de gĂ©rer et suivre les leads, les activitĂ©s et la progression des dossiers.

  • Surveiller et analyser les tendances du marchĂ©, la concurrence et les dĂ©veloppements de l’industrie afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunitĂ©s.

  • Fournir des rapports rĂ©guliers Ă  la direction des ventes dĂ©taillant les activitĂ©s et la progression vers les objectifs de vente.

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes afin d’assurer une transition fluide des leads qualifiĂ©s.

  • Participer aux initiatives de marketing basĂ© sur les comptes (Account-Based Marketing).


Profil recherché

  • Excellente maĂ®trise du français et de l’anglais*.

  • DiplĂ´me universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion, marketing, technologie ou domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 2 Ă  3 ans d’expĂ©rience en dĂ©veloppement des affaires ou en ventes dans le domaine ERP.

  • ExpĂ©rience en vente B2B (business-to-business) fortement souhaitĂ©e.

  • Historique dĂ©montrĂ© d’atteinte ou de dĂ©passement des objectifs et quotas de vente.

  • Personne autonome, motivĂ©e par les rĂ©sultats et ayant un fort dĂ©sir de rĂ©ussite.

  • Solides capacitĂ©s analytiques et stratĂ©giques afin d’évaluer les opportunitĂ©s de marchĂ© et dĂ©velopper des stratĂ©gies de vente efficaces.
