Job Description-Business Development Manager

Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager to be part of our growing sales force for our product, Azeus Convene. Convene is a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. Convene has already been recognized by reputable institutions across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Sales Target: Independently achieve a target through proactive business development and sales strategies.

โ€ข Product Demonstration and Training: Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients.

โ€ข Lead Generation: Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.

โ€ข Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.

โ€ข CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

โ€ข Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

The role requires significant interaction with clients/ prospective clients, partners and Azeus personnel which may be face-to-face or using other communications media.

Qualifications:

โ€ข Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.

โ€ข Educational background in Business Management, (Computer Science background is a plus).

โ€ข Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.

โ€ข Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.

โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills..
