This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in Long Island, NY and/or the FreedomCare hub closest to you.
Department & Position Overview:
The BusinessĀ TransformationĀ ProgramĀ ManagerĀ is a multi-faceted role that combines process improvementĀ withĀ program management.Ā Ā
Working closelyĀ with our business leadersĀ in support of the VP of Business Optimization, thisĀ positionĀ willĀ identifyĀ and implement operational enhancements, and systemĀ transformationsĀ to maximizeĀ revenue,Ā customerĀ experienceĀ and employee value.Ā Ā
This role willĀ drive continual improvement and operational efficiency by executing project deliverablesĀ andĀ coordinationĀ ofĀ efforts amongstĀ theĀ enterpriseĀ operations.Ā
Every Day You Will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic projects, ensuring efficient execution aligned with organizational goals.Ā
- Serve as a trusted partner to both technical and business teams, educating stakeholders on project and programĀ managementĀ best practices and bridging communicationĀ acrossĀ technical and non-technical audiences.Ā
- Develop andĀ maintainĀ comprehensive project documentation, including scope,Ā objectives, justification, and execution plans.
- Provide clear roadmaps, progress updates, and resource management insights to leadership to support informed decision-making and prioritization. Present strategic updates and outcomes to management and clients.Ā
- Lead effective change management practices, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensureĀ timelyĀ andĀ accurateĀ implementation of project changes while keeping all levels of stakeholders informed through accessible updates and communications.Ā
- Create and refine Project Management Office (PMO) policies and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across initiatives.Ā
- Continuously evaluate projects and programs to ensure they meetĀ FreedomCareāsĀ quality standards and align with organizationalĀ objectives.Ā
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative business and market research toĀ validateĀ project opportunities and inform strategic direction.Ā
- Analyze key performance indicators, financial data, and resource allocation to assess project success, manage risk, andĀ identifyĀ areas for improvement.Ā
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Masterās in Business Administration, CS, Finance or Technology
- Experience leading large scale projects; developing and implementing projects from idea to inception
- Highly collaborativeĀ partner, that canĀ influence change across many stakeholders.Ā
- Ability to effectively evaluate operations, providing critical analysis of systems and processes, as they relate to the department and the organizationĀ andĀ turn thoughts andĀ ideas intoĀ tangible outcomesĀ andĀ opportunities that move the needle.
- EndĀ to endĀ solution-basedĀ thinker,Ā problem solvingĀ top-level goalsĀ toĀ operational and system details.āÆ
- A high levelĀ of adaptability and experience leading change management, in a fast-paced environment, presenting a high degree of autonomy, ambiguity, and accountability.Ā
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively cascade information across diverse target demographics internally and externally. Ā
- Ability to representĀ FreedomCareĀ holistically, with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and consciousness of end-user experiences (employees and customers).

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
