Position Overview:The primary purpose of this role is to provide spiritual support and consultation to staff, offering encouragement and serving as an advocate for employees in both their professional and personal lives. The Chaplain will contribute to a supportive environment where team members feel valued, heard, and cared for.

- Provide advice, counsel and support for the facility staff on spiritual and/or other matters.
- Provide assistance and advice to administration on ethical healthcare concerns.
- Make resident rounds informing of spiritual care services available.
- Interview and counsel staff who require/request spiritual counseling services.
- Be available by telephone for any special problems that may develop.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis and a calm environment throughout the facility.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all staff and their spiritual care.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Professional Chaplain Certification or higher education in theology or related field.
