Role Summary and Impact

The Client Growth & Operations Regional Senior Manager is a key figure with the mission of driving client success, operational optimization, and sustainable growth within the regional portfolio. This role is fundamental to executing growth strategies, managing strong client relationships, and leading projects that ensure excellence in service delivery. Its impact is significant on departmental results, directly contributing to the achievement of revenue and efficiency objectives, and is responsible for continuously improving processes and client satisfaction within the Latin America region.

Skills and Experience:

• Client Management: Proven ability to build, nurture, and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Operational Excellence: Solid understanding of operational processes, service delivery models, and efficiency improvement.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication (written/verbal) and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• LATAM Market Knowledge: Familiarity with specific market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client needs within Latin America.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in project management software, data analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI tools.
• Adaptability: Proactive approach to adapting to changing priorities and addressing opportunities/challenges.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in client management, operations, or business development with a proven track record.
• Language: English B2 (non-negotiable).
