Overview
Frank Gay Commercial Services is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support our accounts team by processing and sending invoices for a key commercial account. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and routine billing tasks—ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work in a low-stress environment

Compensation:
- $18-$24/hr
What you will do:
- Prepare, review, and send invoices for Publix accounts in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of billing information
- Follow established billing procedures and workflows
- Enter and maintain billing data in internal systems
- Review job or service information to ensure correct billing details
- Work with internal teams (operations/accounting) as needed to confirm invoice details
- Maintain organized records of invoices and supporting documentationPerform repetitive billing tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
What you Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of previous billing, data entry, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks independently
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and data entry systems)
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
