Business Developer B2B - ConquĂȘte Normandie (H/F)

PrĂȘt Ă  ouvrir de nouvelles portes sur les dĂ©partements 14, 50, 61, 27 et 76 ? Initial HygiĂšne change de braquet ! Pour soutenir notre nouvelle stratĂ©gie de croissance, nous recherchons un vĂ©ritable conquĂ©rant. Votre terrain de jeu : le tissu Ă©conomique normand. Votre mission : transformer chaque entreprise du secteur en futur client.

Vos missions de conquĂȘte:

  • Prospection intensive : Vous dĂ©nichez les opportunitĂ©s lĂ  oĂč les autres ne regardent pas.

  • Closing : Vous menez les nĂ©gociations avec audace pour signer de nouveaux contrats de services.

  • StratĂ©gie de pĂ©nĂ©tration : Vous identifiez les cibles prioritaires (entreprises, industries, tertiaire) sur votre zone.

Ce qui fera la différence :

  • Vous avez la culture du rĂ©sultat chevillĂ©e au corps.

  • Le "Non" est pour vous un moteur, pas un obstacle.

  • Vous ĂȘtes un compĂ©titeur nĂ©, attiré par une rĂ©munĂ©ration variable non plafonnĂ©e qui rĂ©compense votre faim de business.

Qualifications

Expérience : Idéalement une premiÚre expérience réussie en vente directe ou en cycle court (ex: protection incendie, fournitures de bureau, télécoms).

Formation : Bac+2/3 en commerce (type BTS NDRC ou Licence Pro Vente).
