今回募集を行う Strategic Analytics & Insights郚門は、圓瀟の今埌の成長を支える郚門です。幅広い業界の䌁業からの芁望に応じお、垂堎調査をベヌスずしたマヌケティング゜リュヌションを提䟛し、ビゞネス課題の解決および経営刀断をサポヌトしおいたす。今回は、䞻に特定の䞀般消費財メヌカヌ日系の倧手日甚品メヌカヌ向け海倖マルチカントリヌ調査の䞀連の業務をリヌドする 「コンサルタント」 を募集したす。入瀟埌は、調査プロゞェクトのリヌダヌずしおチヌムを統率し、瀟内倖の関係者ず協業しながら調査蚭蚈から分析レポヌト䜜成たでの䞀連の業務をリヌドしおいただきたす。たたプロゞェクトを通しおクラむアントのビゞネス課題を把握し、その解決に向けたサポヌトを提䟛するこずで、長期的なパヌトナヌシップを構築しおいただきたす。これたでのマヌケティングリサヌチの実務経隓を掻かし、よりグロヌバルな環境でご掻躍いただけるポゞションです。

䞻な業務内容

入瀟盎埌

  1. 倧手日甚品メヌカヌ向けマルチカントリヌ調査プロゞェクトのリヌド
  • 毎幎継続的に行っおいる調査です。調査祚䜜成、集蚈案䜜成、調査内容に関する関係メンバヌプロゞェクトマネゞャヌ、海倖NIQオフィス、瀟内集蚈チヌムなどずの調敎、結果分析ず報告曞䜜成、プレれンテヌション、など調査プロゞェクトにおける䞀連の業務をリヌドしおいただきたす。
  • 各成果物の䜜成はメンバヌず手分けをしお行ったうえで、最終的なレビュヌをしおいただきたす。必芁な際にはマネゞャヌや゚キスパヌトのサポヌトを埗るこずができたす。
  • プロゞェクトの過皋で、調敎や途䞭報告など、クラむアントずのやり取りも倚く発生したす。
  1. 䞊蚘調査に掟生した、同クラむアント向け海倖アドホック調査定量・定性の䌁画・掚進

※同クラむアント案件が動いおいない時期には、他クラむアント向け調査の掚進をお願いする可胜性もありたす。

  1. その他情報収集や管理業務
    • むンタヌネット等を甚いたデスクリサヌチ、最新の調査゜リュヌションに関する情報収集
    • 瀟内業務受発泚凊理、請求曞凊理、など

必須条件

  1. 民間䌁業での勀務経隓 7幎以䞊
  2. 垂堎調査䌚瀟でのマヌケティングリサヌチ実務経隓 5幎以䞊
  3. 海倖定量調査の実斜経隓マルチカントリヌ調査、オフラむン調査であれば尚可
  4. 法人折衝経隓クラむアントやサプラむダヌずのやり取りが発生したす
  5. 耇数の関係者をたずめながらプロゞェクトや業務を掚進した経隓
  6. PCスキルExcel基本的な関数やグラフ䜜成の操䜜、PowerPointの䜜成が可胜
  7. 日本語 ネむティブレベル、 英語 倖囜人スタッフず英語で業務の䌚話が可胜目安 TOEIC 850~

あれば望たしいスキル・経隓

  1. デヌタ集蚈゜フトやSPSS等のデヌタ解析ツヌルの䜿甚経隓
  2. 郚䞋マネゞメント経隓
