About this role
Campbells is seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Services team. This role is suited to a highly organised professional who demonstrates discretion, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.
The successful candidate will administer a portfolio of companies, partnerships, trusts, and related structures, ensuring that statutory, regulatory, and filing obligations are completed accurately and within required deadlines. The role involves regular liaison with attorneys, clients, service providers, and regulatory authorities, requiring professionalism and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate administration, the ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding legal environment, and a proactive approach to supporting internal teams and client matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain a portfolio of Cayman Islands entities, including companies, partnerships, trusts, LLCs, and segregated portfolio companies;
- Prepare and file incorporation, registration, and statutory documents with the Cayman Islands Registrar and relevant regulatory authorities;
- Maintain statutory records, corporate databases, minute books, and entity registers in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies;
- Draft resolutions, board minutes, consents, and other corporate documentation;
- Liaise with clients, attorneys, auditors, banks, regulators, and other service providers on routine corporate and compliance matters;
- Support AML/KYC and due diligence processes, including onboarding and periodic reviews;
- Ensure timely completion of annual filings, economic substance requirements, beneficial ownership filings, and regulatory submissions;
- Monitor deadlines and maintain compliance calendars for assigned entities;
- Assist with transaction closings, document execution, legalisation, and corporate restructuring matters;
- Support invoicing, receivables, and internal reporting requirements where necessary;
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives; and
- Assist with ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or relevant professional qualification preferred;
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate administration, fiduciary services, fund administration, or legal services;
- Knowledge of Cayman Islands corporate governance and regulatory requirements;
- Experience working with structures such as companies, partnerships, trusts, and investment funds;
- Familiarity with AML/KYC obligations and compliance procedures;
- Experience using systems such as CORIS, ViewPoint, CAP, REEFS, DITC, or similar corporate administration platforms is advantageous;
- ICSA qualification or progress towards a governance qualification is considered an asset.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines effectively;
- Strong organisational and time management abilities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer an attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus eligibility for overtime, 20 days leave per calendar year, and statutory health and pension benefits.
