The Role: Customer Service LeadÂ
As a Customer Service Lead, you’ll help individuals take meaningful steps forward on their personal journeys. You’ll provide guidance, ensure they understand their options, and support them throughout the process. You’ll also lead by example, fostering a culture of trust and exceptional service within your team.Â

What You NeedÂ
- High School Diploma or GEDÂ
- 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles)Â
- Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate othersÂ
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skillsÂ
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressureÂ
- Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plusÂ
