Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexible schedule, as weekend and evening shifts may be required
