ā¢ Identify discrepancies in product matching, unit conversions, and promotional mechanics.
ā¢ Ensure data accuracy before it is used for pricing decisions.
Data Quality & Cleaning
ā¢ Detect and correct data issues such as incorrect SKU mappings, unit mismatches, outlier prices, and scraper errors.
ā¢ Maintain clear product matching and validation standards.
Competitive Gap Analysis
ā¢ Analyze pricing gaps versus competitors and highlight significant deviations.
ā¢ Summarize key findings and trends for management review.
Process Improvement
ā¢ Develop Excel-based or simple script-based tools to streamline comparisons.
ā¢ Improve audit efficiency and support enhancements to scraper accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
ā¢ Work with the tech team to resolve scraping issues and validate mapping
Technical Skills
ā¢ Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Validation; Power Query is a plus).
ā¢ Strong data cleaning and reconciliation ability.
ā¢ Basic SQL or Python (Pandas) is a plus.
ā¢ Understanding of HTML/CSS or VBA/Macros is a plus.
