Data & Reporting Analyst - PepsiCo

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + Annual Company Bonus

Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Winnersh, RG41 5TP  (Hybrid)Are you a master of data accuracy with an eye for trends? Join us as our Data & Reporting Analyst in a pivotal role supporting our landmark PepsiCo launch by ensuring our field teams have the reliable intelligence they need to win.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in data analytics, putting you in the midst of managing and analysing key data for our customers. Your role is crucial to ensuring that stakeholders have access to reliable, actionable information through management of field surveys and delivery of reports to provide valuable decision-making insights. 

 

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Day to day management of field surveys, ensuring the field team can operate in the most efficient and effective way 
• Provision of customer and account lead reporting in line with agreed expectations to support key meetings 
• Master data management, including outlets, products, people and territories to ensure smooth and accurate operation of the team 
• Support of standard operational processes within the Data & Insight team to ensure the smooth running of all data and reporting 
• Build relationships with designated account teams to be best placed to support customer needs and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For: 

• Excel skills 
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau 
• Experience managing data and reporting using key tools  
• A problem solving mindset and the drive to find solutions  
• Good relationship building skills 
• A strong interest and curiosity for data 
• Data Storytelling to influence stakeholders
