Role OverviewÂ
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our CRM Consulting practice, responsible for the successful delivery of complex, client-facing CRM engagements across some of the largest sports rights holders, primarily across North America. Â
This role will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and budgets are effectively managed across consulting and product teams, while bringing structure to complex initiatives and enabling high-quality outcomes at scale.Â
Operating at the intersection of consulting, client management, and cross-functional coordination, you will play a critical role in shaping how our growing practice delivers—working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you will have the opportunity to influence delivery standards, support senior client relationships, and make a visible impact on both client outcomes and the continued growth of the team.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
End-to-End Project DeliveryÂ
- Own delivery of CRM Consulting engagements from kick-off through completionÂ
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestonesÂ
- Ensure delivery remains on track across scope, time, and dependenciesÂ
Portfolio OversightÂ
- Manage a portfolio of CRM Consulting projects, prioritizing the most complex and high-impact engagements, while managing ad-hoc client requests in partnership with project leads to define priorities, timelines, and resourcingÂ
- Maintain visibility across all active projects, identifying risks and dependencies earlyÂ
- Provide structured updates and clear reporting on delivery statusÂ
Client Delivery & CommunicationÂ
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery matters with clientsÂ
- Lead regular status updates, ensuring clarity, transparency, and proactive communicationÂ
- Support consultants in maintaining strong client relationships through structured delivery Â
Cross-Team CoordinationÂ
- Coordinate across CRM consultants, data teams, and internal product teamsÂ
- Manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders, including geographically distributed teamsÂ
- Ensure alignment across all parties involved in deliveryÂ
Budget & Scope ManagementÂ
- Track project budgets, burn rate, and overall delivery healthÂ
- Identify and flag scope changes and delivery risks earlyÂ
- Support proactive decision-making to maintain project outcomesÂ
Global Delivery & ScalingÂ
- Establish and evolve consistent delivery standards, practices, and frameworks across CRM Consulting engagementsÂ
- Introduce tools and structures to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and scalabilityÂ
- Support delivery across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), ensuring alignment and coordination across distributed teamsÂ
- Enable effective handoffs and collaboration within a follow-the-sun delivery modelÂ
- Contribute to the ongoing development of global ways of working as the practice scalesÂ

Skills & ExperienceÂ
Required
- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery managementÂ
- Experience delivering client-facing projects in consulting, CRM, or technology environmentsÂ
- Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholdersÂ
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teamsÂ
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsÂ

- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft DynamicsÂ
- Exposure to data, integration, or digital transformation projectsÂ
