Summary:

We are seeking an elite Digital Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you aren't just a salesperson—you are a consultative digital marketing growth partner. You will blend analytical thinking with active listening to architect custom campaigns for local and regional businesses.

The Best Part? You will inherit and maximize an established, warm book of business from day one, while leveraging your hunter mindset to uncover fresh market opportunities. You will also be fully supported by a brilliant, cross-functional team of digital strategists and ad operations specialists, freeing you up to do what you do best: build relationships and close deals.

What you will do:

  • Grow an Established Portfolio: Inherit, nurture, and scale a warm book of business

  • Consult & Architect: Conduct deep-dive needs assessments to understand client goals and design custom full-funnel digital solutions

  • Deploy an Elite Tech Suite: Pitch and sell an advanced suite of solutions, including Programmatic RTB, PPC/Search, Social Media, Display, Connected TV/Video, Email, and Sponsored Content

  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with our world-class Ad Ops and strategy teams to ensure flawless campaign execution, optimization, and client retention

  • Drive Local Commerce: Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities in the thriving Denver metro market

What you will bring:

  • Digital Sales Acumen: Proven track record of diagnosing client needs and selling a sophisticated suite of digital marketing solutions

  • AdTech Fluency: A strong conceptual mastery of PPC, Programmatic, Paid Social, Video, and Content Marketing

  • Strategic Mindset: The ability to look at data, track campaign performance, and translate metrics into clear business outcomes for clients

  • The Tools: Proficiency with Salesforce (or a similar CRM), Google Suite, and Excel

  • Credentials: A four-year degree or an equivalent combination of impactful, real-world sales experience

  • Characteristics: A unique blend of positivity, empathy, organization, and a competitive drive to win as a team

Benefits and Compensation:

The hourly wage is $28.85 + cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, and commission (on-target earning potential is $110,000). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility). Conditions of Employment:
