To find out more, visit https://mable.com.au/ About the role As the Conversation Rate Optimisation and Personalisation Manager for our marketing websites, you will be responsible for helping develop and manage an experimentation and personalisation program across Mable, HomeMade, and other Attain Healthtech businesses.   Working closely with marketing, CX designers and developers, you’ll understand customer needs and the different journeys they require, and develop personalised journeys and experiments that optimise those journeys. We’re looking for someone who can help champion best-practice digital experiences and personalisation, foster a culture of experimentation and manage a testing and personalisation roadmap.
