Responsabilités:

    • GĂ©nĂ©rer de nouvelles opportunitĂ©s commerciales et sĂ©curiser de nouveaux comptes par une prospection proactive et le suivi des pistes
    • Élaborer et exĂ©cuter des plans de territoire et de comptes complets pour les prospects.
    • Identifier les dĂ©cideurs clĂ©s et Ă©tablir des relations solides avec des contacts exĂ©cutifs.
    • RĂ©aliser des prĂ©sentations et dĂ©monstrations percutantes, virtuelles et en personne, de nos solutions.
    • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes marketing, avant-vente et d’accompagnement client pour Ă©valuer et rĂ©pondre aux besoins des clients.
    • NĂ©gocier, dĂ©finir et conclure des accords pluriannuels avec des comptes prospects.
    • DĂ©passer rĂ©guliĂšrement les objectifs d'activitĂ©, de pipeline et de revenus.
    • Encadrer et fournir des conseils stratĂ©giques au Responsable de compte dans la gestion et l'expansion des affaires existantes.
    • Identifier et conclure rapidement des affaires tout en gĂ©rant des cycles de vente plus longs et complexes.

Exigences:

    • Plus de 5 ans d'expĂ©rience dans la vente de logiciels SaaS, idĂ©alement dans le secteur des entreprises.
    • Historique prouvĂ© de succĂšs en vente, y compris la maĂźtrise du dĂ©marchage tĂ©lĂ©phonique et la gestion de longs cycles de vente.
    • CompĂ©tences fortes en prĂ©sentation technique et capacitĂ© Ă  expliquer clairement les concepts techniques et solutions d’affaires.
    • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication verbale et Ă©crite en anglais, avec la capacitĂ© d'engager efficacement des cadres dirigeants.
    • Expertise en gestion de comptes et expĂ©rience de travail dans un environnement d'Ă©quipe rapide.
    • CompĂ©tences exceptionnelles en analyse et rĂ©solution de problĂšmes, avec la confiance nĂ©cessaire pour prendre des dĂ©cisions difficiles.
    • DiplĂŽme de licence ou experience Ă©quivalente.
    • VolontĂ© d'effectuer des dĂ©placements rĂ©gionaux significatifs.
    • ExpĂ©rience dans le SaaS pour entreprises avec un accent sur la vente en apprentissage et dĂ©veloppement est fortement souhaitĂ©e.
    • CapacitĂ© Ă  collaborer efficacement avec les responsables du succĂšs client, les consultants et d'autres membres de l'Ă©quipe.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business, acquire new logo accounts, expand through cross-selling and upselling existing business alongside the account manager, mentor the account manager, and assist in defining strategy for existing accounts.


Responsibilities:

    • Drive new business opportunities and secure new accounts through proactive outreach and follow-up on leads.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans for prospects
    • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with executive-level contacts.
    • Conduct impactful virtual and in-person presentations and demonstrations of our solutions
    • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to assess and meet customer needs.
    • Negotiate, scope and close multi-year agreements with prospective accounts.
    • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
    • Mentor and provide strategic guidance to the Account Manager in managing and expanding existing business.
    • Identify and close both quick wins and manage longer, complex sales cycles.

Requirements:

    • More than 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally within the corporate sector.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales success, including proficiency in cold calling and managing long sales cycles.
    • Strong technical presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and business solutions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage C-level executives effectively.
    • Strong account management expertise and experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make difficult decisions.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Willingness to engage in significant regional travel.
    • Experience specifically in enterprise SaaS with a focus on learning and development sales is highly desirable.
    • Ability to successfully collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Consultants, and other team members.
