Director, Integration Strategy
About this role
About MealSuiteÂ
MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care.Â
About the RoleÂ
MealSuite’s integration ecosystem is a defining competitive advantage. As we deepen our presence across long-term care, assisted living, and acute care, the data connections that link MealSuite to EMRs, dietary platforms, and third-party providers have become central to customer value, clinical outcomes, and revenue growth.Â
The Director, Integration Services is a senior leadership role at the intersection of technical delivery, cross-functional strategy, and go-to-market execution. Reporting to the VP, Customer Experience, this leader will own MealSuite’s integration practice end-to-end, leading a team, partnering closely with Engineering and technical delivery teams, and serving as the connective tissue between Revenue, CX, and the broader technology organization. This role is designed with forward vision: as MealSuite’s integration footprint evolves, this Director is positioned to grow into broader strategic ownership within CX.Â

- Partner with Engineering to evaluate AI tooling that accelerates integration delivery and data health monitoringÂ
Integration Delivery & Partner Management (15%)Â

- Define and maintain documentation standards: technical specifications, onboarding guides, testing protocols, and go-live checklistsÂ
- Monitor integration health across the installed base and proactively address issues before escalation, leveraging AI-assisted monitoring where possibleÂ
Operations, Enablement & Governance (20%)Â
- Establish standards and governance models for how integrations are scoped, contracted, tested, launched, and supported at scaleÂ
- Build and maintain an integration knowledge base for internal teams covering supported integrations, partner capabilities, known limitations, and escalation pathsÂ
