Job Description
In partnership with the Chief Nursing Officer, provides on-site operational leadership aligned to organizational goals. Accountable for clinical and financial performance, collaborates with stakeholders to advance strategic priorities through planning, communication, performance metrics, and team engagement.
Your Leadership in ActionÂ
- Provide overall clinical and operational leadership, overseeing daily operations and supporting site leadership teams to ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery.
- Drive financial performance by monitoring productivity, labor, and budgets; develop and execute plans to address variances and meet/exceed targets.
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, maintaining adherence to all applicable healthcare standards and requirements.
- Lead workforce strategy, including staffing, recruitment, performance management, and fostering a positive, high-performing practice environment.
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to advance quality outcomes, implement improvements, and evaluate new technologies and care delivery models.
- Collaborate across disciplines and with community stakeholders to support strategic priorities, patient experience, and organizational goals.

Qualifications
What’s Required Â
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Commitment to obtain a Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or related field) within 3 years of hire
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience
- Experience managing direct reports
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (current or obtained within 60 days of hire)
Preferred:
- Specialty certification in a clinical or nurse leadership area
