Job Description

Job Scope:

1. Dispensing of raw materials and packaging materials for production.
2. Repacking of materials for trading.
3. Storage compliance of materials and their proper handling.
4. Month-end actual physical count inventory.
5. Documentation and report.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Weighs and issues raw materials and packaging materials based on the Batch Production Record (BPR) and the Packaging Direction Record (PDR), respectively.

1. Closely coordinates with the production line leader on the issuance and checking of the batch dispensed materials prior to withdrawal from the warehouse.
2. Ensures the correct labeling of stored raw materials at the warehouse.
3. Observes the proper handling and storage of raw materials in accordance to its safety handling instructions indicated in the packaging per container and/or as indicated on its MSDS.
4. Enforce FIFO/FEFO.
5. Accomplishes the Dispensing Tags based on actual dispensed and issue these materials for production.
6. Monitoring of temperature and humidity on warehouse and dispensing areas.
7. Updates records in the material bin card or stock card based on the dispensed quantity.
8. Updates the verification monitoring logbook and temperature and humidity monitoring log sheet.
9. Assists in the monthly physical inventory and orderly storage of raw and packaging materials in the warehouse.
10. Reports to immediate superior any discrepancy observed in the material being handled.
11. Ensures the orderliness, cleanliness and maintenance of the areas under dispensing and warehouse.
12. Cleans and maintains the orderliness of the working area, equipment, dispensing tools before and after the dispensing operations.
13. Perform routine validation of weighing scales before usage.
14. Observes and complies to the requirements of Good Storage and Warehousing Practices and Food Safety Handling.
15. Repacking of materials for trading.
16. Assists on preparation and crating of finished goods.

Qualifications

Education:   At least College level or with general education degree and/or training.

Years of Related Work Experience:   At least six (6) months Manufacturing experience.      

Job Skills/Competencies Required:                                                                           

1. Must be hardworking, analytical, resourceful, honest, trustworthy and responsible.
2. Physically fit and willing to work under pressure and longer hours.
3. Must be able to understand and adhere to established SOP’s.
4. Basic know basic computer skills.
