Job Description
Primary Purpose:
- To perform a variety of clerical support tasks with the main focus on the processing of Black & Veatch and vendor engineering drawings.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Electronically receiving, scanning, plotting, and routing engineering drawings with minimal manual processing. Become knowledgeable of internally designed document processing programs.
- Assist with other clerical duties, as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience processing drawings in an engineering environment preferred.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Typing and Filing Skills - Intermediate
- Desktop PC - Intermediate
- Microsoft Word - Intermediate
- Microsoft Excel - Basic
- Microsoft Outlook (Email, Calendar, Contacts) - Intermediate

- Multi-Tasking Ability (Prioritize, Organize, and Schedule Work)- Intermediate
