Responsibilities:

If you are selected as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for the tasks below:

  • Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of products and services by incoming calls or emails.
  • Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
  • Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction

To be selected as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you need to meet the requirements below:

  • Near-native level of Dutch (written and oral)
  • Advanced level in English (B2).
  • Previous customer experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
  • Salary: 1050€ gross/month (12 payments) plus paid accomodation and expenses (water, electricity, internet, cleaning services) or 1300€ gross/month (12 payments) without accommodation.
  • Monthly meal allowance provided through voucher cards (net amount)
