đĄ The role :
The Events Specialist, EMEA is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the regional events program across EMEA. This includes roadshows, tradeshows, and niche regional events that support pipeline generation and brand visibility.Â
Reporting to the Events Manager, EMEA, this role works closely with regional marketing, sales teams, and corporate stakeholders to deliver high-impact events aligned with regional marketing strategy. The primary objective is to drive qualified leads and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence across all events.Â
đ What your day will look like:
Event Planning & ExecutionÂ
- Manage all elements of the events program including logistics, staffing, operations, vendors, production, and brandingÂ
- Plan and execute regional roadshows, tradeshows, and niche events across EMEAÂ
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality on-brand presence at all eventsÂ
- Provide on-site event support and oversee executionÂ
Strategy & Program ManagementÂ
- Align the events program with regional marketing strategy and business objectivesÂ
- Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines across all event activitiesÂ
- Develop and implement event guidelines to support regional marketersÂ
- Host pre-event planning and post-event review sessions to optimize performanceÂ
Lead Management & ROIÂ
- Develop and execute lead management strategies for each eventÂ
- Ensure proper tracking, follow-up processes, and reporting to measure ROIÂ
- Drive pipeline generation through effective event executionÂ
Budget & Vendor ManagementÂ
- Plan, manage, and track event budgetsÂ
- Negotiate costs with suppliers, vendors, and agenciesÂ
- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure successful deliveryÂ
Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
- Collaborate with regional marketing, sales teams, product teams, and corporate eventsÂ
- Work closely with technology partners and key stakeholdersÂ
- Ensure seamless coordination across all teams involved in event executionÂ

- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or event managementÂ
- Proven experience managing and tracking significant budgetsÂ
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsÂ
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organizationÂ
- Experience managing vendor and agency relationshipsÂ
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailÂ
- Calm, confident, and able to perform in fast-paced environmentsÂ
- Passion for events, branding, and lead generationÂ
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyÂ
- Willingness and enthusiasm for frequent travel and on-site event supportÂ
- English: Professional business proficiency (required)Â

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
- Experience with CRM systems, data management, and marketing automation toolsÂ
