The Role:
The Facilities / Administrative Support role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of office facilities and providing administrative support to maintain a safe, functional, and well-organized work environment. The role supports vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and general office operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Â
What You Will Do:
• Support the day-to-day management of office facilities to ensure a safe and conducive work environmentÂ
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of office equipment and infrastructureÂ
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely service deliveryÂ
• Monitor facility usage and ensure optimal functionality of office utilitiesÂ
• Support procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipmentÂ
• Maintain records of facility activities, vendor contracts, and service schedulesÂ
• Assist with general administrative duties including documentation and logistics coordinationÂ
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the workplaceÂ
• Support incident reporting and follow-up on facility-related issuesÂ
What You Bring:
Experience:
• Experience in facilities management or administrative support roleÂ
• HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) experience is an added advantageÂ
Qualifications:
• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration or related fieldÂ
Skills & Competencies:
• Good understanding of facility operations and maintenance processesÂ
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use basic office and reporting toolsÂ
• Strong organizational and coordination skillsÂ
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilitiesÂ
• Attention to detail and ability to multitaskÂ
• Ability to work with minimal supervisionÂ
