Role Overview:

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver effective staffing solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and execute all recruiting systems as directed by management.
  • Administer the agent referral program.
  • Track and document recruiting activities using designated systems.
  • Screen, interview, and assess agent candidates using company-approved methods.
  • Build and maintain networking sources and centers of influence.
  • Participate in career fairs, seminars, and professional organizations.
  • Implement passive recruiting strategies including internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling.
  • Recommend improvements to recruiting and selection processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience.
  • Compensation fundamentals
  • Labor market knowledge
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English Proficiency

Systems & Tools:

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): 1–3 years
  • Microsoft Excel: 1–3 years

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
