How Will We Measure Accomplishments

KA Support

1.    Technical support and project lead to named key accounts

2.    Factory & RD Team liaison for use case scope discovery & offer alignment

3.    Pre-sales support & expanding product portfolio usage at target key accounts

Product Knowledge

1.    Deep understanding of the product and all its functions – become the GO-TO tech expert

2.    Testing new product introductions (NPI) & systems to verify they perform to specifications

3.    Supplying any issues/bugs/errors back to the R&D team

4.    Develop product specs and competitive fight sheets

 

Product Support & Training Services

1.    Pre-Sales application demonstration, design-in, test/POC, documentation

2.    Post-Sales Trouble shooting product issues, validation, on-site and RMA/Rework Assistance

3.    Support Sales team and Customers with product training. 

4.    Support Email, Web, and Phone call service requests

5.    Attend tradeshows and support technical conversations with potential customers

6.    Assist Product Launch and define areas of product improvement for next gen

Development & Promotion

1.    Work with Product Management and Marketing to make sure product documentation on web page, production selection site and supplied to customers is accurate

2.    Develop Power Points for pitching sales scenarios

3.    Increase application know-how, developing application notes for product and architecture

4.    Application Champion & Collaboration with Global Solution Center for region growth

5.    Success case harvesting

6.    Product Pack or Kit Development & Test

Minimum Qualifications

Job qualification guidelines:

  • B.S.E. (EE or Mechatronics or Computer Science) & 0-1 years experience & Robotics related coursework or project work.
    • Applies education and experience to professional concepts
    • Follows policies/procedures to resolve routine issues
    • Communication skills to resolve routine robotics & vision product technical support issues within company policies/procedures
    • Solves limited scope product related problems from detailed instructions
    • Experience with Power Electronics is required
    • Historically demonstrated technical capacity with a hands-on background in designing, installing, programming or testing of Robot & Vision Products & Systems.

 

  • B.S.E. (EE or Mechatronics or Computer Science) & 1-3 years experience
    • Follows policies/procedures to resolve a variety of issues
    • Exercises professional judgement to determine appropriate actions
    • Solves moderate scope problems from general instructions
    • Experience with Power Electronics is required
    • Expanded level understanding of robotics & vision HW & SW products and machinery systems through education and hands-on experience
    • Knowledge and experience with some Industrial grade brands in the selected product category
    • Knowledge and experience in machine/factory/warehouse automation applications and use cases – related to selected product category such as:  Pick-N-Place, Machine Tending, Automated Assembly, Conveyor Tracking, Collision avoidance, Vision guided Robotics, Palletizing, Path or Dispensing. 

 

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
