What You’ll Do:

 

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, providing insights that influence decisions and outcomes
  • Proactively challenge assumptions and support continuous improvement in decision-making
  • Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across assigned business units
  • Support development of multi-year financial outlooks aligned with strategic priorities 
  • Monitor performance against plans and provide forward-looking insights
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, trends, and variances
  • Develop KPIs and performance frameworks to track progress and support accountability
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate investments, optimize costs, and drive value creation
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, supporting tools and data structures
  • Promote consistency and discipline in financial practices across teams
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships (including Procurement, Legal, and Operations)
  • Support procurement and contract evaluation through financial analysis 
  • Contribute to core finance team operations, including month-end close support
  • Partner with teams to improve financial literacy and ownership  

  

What You Bring: 


  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business partnering roles
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA (or in progress) is an asset
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly 
  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and challenge assumptions
  • Experience working cross-functionally in dynamic environments
  • Experience with financial planning tools or systems
  • Exposure to strategic planning or investment evaluation

Vos tĂąches :


  • Agir en tant que conseiller·Úre financier·Úre de confiance auprĂšs des dirigeant·es d’entreprise, en leur fournissant des analyses qui influencent leurs dĂ©cisions et leurs rĂ©sultats
  • Remettre en question de maniĂšre proactive les idĂ©es reçues et favoriser l’amĂ©lioration continue dans la prise de dĂ©cision
  • Diriger et coordonner les processus de budgĂ©tisation annuelle et de prĂ©visions pĂ©riodiques au sein des secteurs concernĂ©s
  • Soutenir la prĂ©paration de perspectives financiĂšres pluriannuelles en adĂ©quation avec les prioritĂ©s stratĂ©giques
  • Suivre le rendement par rapport aux prĂ©visions et fournir des analyses prospectives
  • Analyser les rĂ©sultats financiers et opĂ©rationnels, en dĂ©terminant les principaux facteurs, les grandes tendances et les Ă©carts importants
  • Élaborer des indicateurs clĂ©s de rendement (ICR) et des cadres de rendement pour suivre les progrĂšs et favoriser la responsabilisation
  • Élaborer des modĂšles financiers et des analyses de scĂ©narios afin d’évaluer les investissements, d’optimiser les coĂ»ts et de favoriser la crĂ©ation de valeur
  • Favoriser l’amĂ©lioration continue de la planification financiĂšre, de la production de rapports, des prĂ©visions, des outils de soutien et des structures de donnĂ©es
  • Favoriser la cohĂ©rence et la rigueur dans les pratiques financiĂšres au sein de toutes les Ă©quipes
  • Établir des relations solides avec les diffĂ©rents services (Approvisionnement, Service juridique, Exploitation, etc.)
  • Soutenir l’approvisionnement et l’évaluation des contrats par des analyses financiĂšres
  • Contribuer aux activitĂ©s de l’équipe financiĂšre principale, notamment en apportant un soutien lors des bilans mensuels
  • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes pour amĂ©liorer la culture financiĂšre et la responsabilisation  


Vos tĂąches :


  • Entre 3 et 5 ans d’expĂ©rience en planification et analyse financiĂšres, en finances ou en partenariat d’affaires
  • DiplĂŽme en finances, en comptabilitĂ© ou dans un domaine connexe; titre de comptable professionnel·le agréé·e (CPA) ou en cours d’obtention, un atout
  • Solides aptitudes en modĂ©lisation et en analyse financiĂšres
  • ExpĂ©rience dans le soutien des processus de budgĂ©tisation, de prĂ©vision et de gestion du rendement
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  convaincre les intervenant·es et Ă  transmettre clairement des informations complexes
