Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring consistent, prompt, and accurate support.
  • Analyze customer data to proactively reach out and improve customer experiences and outcomes throughout their journey.
  • Apply project management skills to brainstorm and implement strategies that enhance overall customer success.
  • Promote the value and benefits of our services, and up-sell or cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Work across teams to represent the customer's voice to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Build strong partnerships and effectively manage relationships to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Native proficiency in Finnish.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Experience in managing expectations and de-escalating challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens.
