About this role
As a Fresh Foods Supervisor at Save More Marketplace, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the fresh foods department to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist team members in the preparation and merchandising of fresh food products.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Train and support staff to maintain high service and quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote health and safety policies within the department.
- Previous experience in fresh foods or grocery retail, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
