About this role

We are looking for fluent German speakers to join the German Customer Care team of an innovative online payment platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support viaΒ  phone calls, chat, and occasional emails
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Meet performance targets set by both the client and internal teams
  • Fluent in German (C1–C2 level, written and spoken)
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer success is a plus
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Availability to work on-site in Athens
