We are looking for people to work as German Customer Support for the jewelry company!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue and find solutions
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls on time
  • Seize opportunities to sell extra products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and attract customers
  • Excellent level of German
  • Good level of English
  • Powerful telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Competitive remuneration package (1100-1400 gross *14 salaries per year)
