Overview
This full-time Global Enterprise Applications Specialist will primarily serve as the technical and functional owner of Wrike, Kemin’s (PPM) platform. The role is responsible for providing Tier 3 expert support, maintaining platform stability, and driving adoption and continuous improvement across global teams. This full-time and global position plays a key role in managing the full lifecycle of PPM platforms, from configuration and integration to roadmap planning and vendor coordination.Â

The specialist will be a member of the global IT team and will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to optimize project and work management processes, implement enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Other platforms (non-PPM) can be assigned later to own in a similar way to move the company forward.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Solution Ownership & Technical Operations

- Serve as primary technical and functional owner of Wrike, and other applications as assigned
- Provide Tier 3 support and resolve complex issuesÂ
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and integrationsÂ
- Manage releases and platform performanceÂ

- Adoption & Platform Management

- Develop training programs and best practicesÂ
- Drive adoption across business unitsÂ
- Maintain documentation and governance standardsÂ
- Gather and implement business requirementsÂ

- Future Planning & Strategy Â

- Contribute to platform roadmapÂ
- Identify improvement opportunitiesÂ
- Evaluate new features and toolsÂ

- Vendor Coordination

- Manage vendor relationship and escalationsÂ
- Coordinate releases and upgradesÂ

- General IT ResponsibilitiesÂ

- Ensure compliance with IT security policiesÂ

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of prior experience managing PPM tools like Wrike, Monday.com, Jira or others.
Essential Skills and Experiences
- Experience with Wrike, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platformsÂ
- Strong configuration and administration skillsÂ
- Understanding of project portfolio management processesÂ
- Experience with integrations and APIsÂ
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsÂ
- Experience in technical and functional ownership of other enterprise software applications is a plus.
Preferred Certification
- ITIL certificationÂ
- Experience with Agile/ScrumÂ
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, dashboards)Â
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)Â
