Content & Social Lead — CMF by Nothing
We're hiring our first content person. This is a build role, not a manage role. You will own CMF's social presence and YouTube channel end-to-end — strategy, production, publishing, and performance. No team above you. No agency doing the heavy lifting. You set the creative direction and you ship it.
What the job actually is
You'll plan and produce content across Instagram and YouTube — not just reels and posts, but long-form videos, product films, and platform-native series. You'll brief and manage external crew and vendors when needed, and you'll know when to pick up the camera yourself. You'll track what's working, kill what isn't, and continuously raise the quality bar.
Who we're looking for
Someone who has done this before — not at an agency, not as part of a large brand team, but with real ownership. You've run shoots. You've grown a YouTube channel. You have a point of view on what great consumer tech content looks like, and you can back it up with work you've made. A portfolio with video production credits. Strong aesthetic instincts for product & Design storytelling.
Who this isn't for
Social media managers. Pure creators without production discipline. Agency strategists who have never held a brief end-to-end.
