Reporting To: Dispatch / Logistics Manager

We are currently seeking to recruit a High Reach Forklift Driver to join our busy Warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a high reach forklift to load, unload and move stock within the warehouse
- Put away and retrieve palletised goods in racking systems safely and efficiently
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded using warehouse systems
- Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes, including loading of vehicles
- Conduct daily pre-use checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
- Work in line with health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Support general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced or FMCG environment is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Flexible approach to working hours and duties
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Available to work a weekly shift pattern: Monday - Friday 7am – 15.30pm & 15.30 – 12pm
