Responsibilities
Walter P Moore is currently seeking to hire a full-time HR Intern in our Ahmedabad office.
As the HR Intern, you will:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Actively undertake the initial screening process
- Understand the job specifications and skills required to perform the job
- Coordinate and arrange telephonic or face to face interviews
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organizing training and development initiatives
- Practice timely follow ups and ensure smooth closure
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Handle exit formalities
- Manage leave data and aid employees on issues related to leaves
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s in Human Resources Management
- 6 to 9 months of internship experience on similar role is a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
