What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Duct Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for delivering clean, safe, high‑quality duct cleaning services:

• Serve customers by reviewing work orders, following daily schedules, and listening to customer concerns
• Perform duct cleaning and related HVAC tasks with professionalism and efficiency
• Proactively solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments to improve workflow and communication
• Request necessary parts and equipment ahead of each job
• Verify your truck is fully stocked and prepared for the day
• Document all work performed according to company procedures
• Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices
• Maintain your tools and equipment in good working order
• Stay current on HVAC codes, standards, and best practices
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times
• Drive and maintain a box truck used for duct cleaning operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

What You Bring

We’re looking for a duct‑cleaning pro who takes pride in their work:

• 6 months+  of HVAC duct cleaning or ductwork experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or Technical/Trade School (preferred)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre‑employment drug test and background check
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
