Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Cregger is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team.

What YOU will do:
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and service-related issues
- Accurately document all service work and client communications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Run service calls and repair or replace parts as needed
- Communicate system conditions, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs clearly to customers
What YOU will bring:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan and/or Nexstar (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- EPA Certification (required)
