About this role
¿Eres apasionado por diseñar y optimizar plataformas y herramientas que impulsan a los equipos de desarrollo? En este rol, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar infraestructuras y procesos de entrega continua (CI/CD), fomentando una cultura de automatización y mejora continua.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Diseñar y mantener plataformas de autoservicio y marcos de automatización para reducir fricciones en la entrega de software.
- Optimizar pipelines de CI/CD utilizando herramientas como GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts y Argo Workflows para implementaciones escalables, seguras y eficientes.
- Automatizar el aprovisionamiento de infraestructura y la gestión de configuración con herramientas como Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane o ACK, adoptando un enfoque GitOps.
- Diseñar soluciones en la nube en AWS, siguiendo las mejores prácticas en seguridad, observabilidad y optimización de costos.
- Monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento de la plataforma utilizando herramientas como Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Coralogix y Prometheus.
- Participar en proyectos de migración hacia AWS, asegurando una transición eficiente y optimizada.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia sólida en CI/CD, con conocimiento práctico en GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab u otras herramientas de automatización.
- Experiencia en Infraestructura como Código (IaC) usando Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation o similares.
- Conocimiento en Kubernetes y herramientas cloud-native, como EKS, Argo CD y Helm.
- Experiencia en AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, IAM) – Mandatorio.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo y observabilidad como Grafana, Datadog, Coralogix, New Relic y Prometheus.
- Mentalidad de seguridad primero, aplicando mejores prácticas en seguridad cloud-native, IAM y cumplimiento.

- Certificaciones AWS (Associate y/o Professional).
