About the RoleÂ
The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the Inside Sales team by managing the post-sale process after a customer provides verbal commitment. You’ll ensure a smooth transition from sale to completion by handling financing, contracts, scheduling, and Salesforce updates.Â
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of accuracy and follow-through in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure every order is completed correctly and efficiently.Â
What You’ll Be DoingÂ
- Handle live customer handoffs and guide them through financing, contracts, and install schedulingÂ
- Update Salesforce opportunities with accurate project details and installation notesÂ
- Communicate with customers to keep orders moving forward Â
- Generate customer and insurance quotes as needed Â
- Ensure same-day or next-day order completion Â
- Partner with Operations to ensure installation readiness Â
- Support team KPIs and participate in ongoing training and coachingÂ
QualificationsÂ
- 1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, or sales support experience preferred Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Â
- Excellent organization and attention to detail Â
- Ability to problem-solve and confidently handle customer concerns Â
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and create positive experiences Â
